Beyond administrative support, Commit delivered a tailored technical solution to enable seamless marketplace integration. This included developing an application that listens and responds to marketplace events, such as purchases, cancellations, or changes, and incorporates a dual-UI system. One interface supports customer purchases, while the other, designed for administrative tasks, streamlines approvals for accounts or products. This solution aligned with K2view’s processes, empowering their sales team to react swiftly to marketplace events and shorten the sales cycle.
