With a customer-first approach, Mimun Yashir tailors each loan to the specific needs and capabilities of every individual, from loan amounts to repayment terms. The company’s flexibility extends to its service availability, offering loans through its website, over the phone, and even at business locations, making it easy for customers to access their financial solutions anytime, anywhere.

Challenges

Mimun Yashir, a well-established player in the cloud ecosystem, faced the challenge of refining their cloud strategy to better support their business growth. Although they were already operating in a multi-cloud environment, the company recognized the need to select a primary cloud provider to streamline their operations and ensure a more robust and scalable infrastructure. They envisioned a solution that would offer flexibility, security, and reliability while enabling fast, intelligent development deployments to meet their evolving business needs. To achieve this, they chose AWS as their primary cloud provider.

Additionally, many organizations transitioning to the cloud faces a disconnect between business and technology departments, which can lead to friction and inefficiencies. For Mimun Yashir, it was crucial to ensure seamless collaboration between these teams. The company also needed to meet stringent security and regulatory compliance requirements, making it essential to build a secure cloud infrastructure that could address these needs while remaining adaptable to the business's demands.

Solution

Mimun Yashir partnered with Commit, a certified AWS Premier Partner and a technology powerhouse to address these challenges and enhance their cloud ecosystem. The following are the key components of the solution implemented:

  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): To increase efficiency and consistency, Mimun Yashir adopted automation and IaC for their cloud operations, focusing on continuous integration and minimizing manual intervention.
  • Cloud Connectivity & Landing Zone: Commit built a secure and flexible "Landing Zone" for Mimun Yashir, focusing on regulatory compliance and AWS security compliance. This foundation was designed to be adaptable and ready to support various business solutions.
  • “Vehicle Advisor” Project Migration: The "Vehicle Advisor" project went beyond migrating the existing prototype from the old Landing Zone to the new one. Commit built a completely new infrastructure to support a newly designed chatbot, ensuring a smooth transition, secure data migration, and seamless integration with Mimun Yashir’s unified, secure cloud environment.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Regular meetings were set up to ensure the project’s success. Commit worked closely with Mimun Yashir to define the project goals, and track deliverables, ensuring alignment between business and technical goals.
  • Day 2 Operations Support: Commit played a crucial role in supporting Day 2 operations by offering services like NOC, SOC, SECOPS, and DevOps Pods. This support allowed Mimun Yashir to focus on growth while ensuring the infrastructure remained secure, reliable, and agile.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Commit’s expertise in cloud solutions allowed for a collaborative management process. This approach included knowledge transfer to Mimun Yashir’s internal teams, ensuring transparency and seamless integration of new solutions.
