Challenges

The comapny faced the dual challenge of expanding their platform to include a robust cloud offering while maintaining their existing on-premises solution. The new cloud environment needed to meet stringent functional and regulatory requirements, particularly around data security and privacy. A critical customer demand was achieving complete data and processing isolation for each client. Additionally, Sequoia required a solution that could be rapidly deployed to support sales initiatives through demo and proof-of-concept environments. With limited experience in implementing cloud infrastructure and best practices, Sequoia needed a trusted partner to design, implement, and transfer knowledge for ongoing operations.

Solution
